With Christmas, Hannukah and Kwanza all occurring around the same time of year, this is a time when Peace and Goodwill is often thought about and much talked about – and something some people actually do. This time of year actually has the ability to change a person’s heart – how they feel about something – because for a brief moment in time, their only focus is on doing something to help someone else – true unconditional love.
Have you ever taken the time to ask yourself what is PEACE? and What does it mean? How can one person make a change in the world that actually affects the lives of other people in a positive way?
Peace is a State of Being. It begins in the mind and then resonates out around you. If you change your mindset, you change what energy you emit. Peace, Joy and Unconditional Love are three of the highest energy vibrations. Like sound, energy resonates and entrains other energy flow patterns. Have you ever noticed how someone’s good mood ends up rubbing off on others? Or someone in a really bad mood brings in a flood of negative energy with them? That is simple energy entrainment.
A state of Peace will have the same effect on the people around you. This is one way you can spread Peace throughout the world. As each and everyone of us takes up the Peace mindset and holds that thought pattern every day, we can slowly begin to affect change in the world around us, in people’s mindset and attitude, because they will inherently want to reflect back the energy they are receiving. It’s a universal law, it just IS.
It is possible to remain in a Peaceful State of Being despite events that occur on a day-to-day basis. It lies in your mental attitude in how you decide to react and respond to those situations. Responding to a situation with a negative attitude is a learned behavior. And just as you learned how to respond negatively, you can change your response and learn how to respond positively. Many people don’t want to change. Change can feel difficult because it requires one to think differently, feel differently, respond differently, react differently. After all, status quo is easy; it doesn’t require any effort. But does anything that requires no effort really have any value at all?
Growth requires stretching and changing. If there is no growth, there is stagnation and death. So change is good and actually part of what we should be doing in the first place. Change is part of growing, and growing is an ongoing, never ending process. We were created to grow up into the fullness of the Source from which we were created. Just as a small child grows up to resemble his or her physical parents, we are to continue to grow spiritually to resemble our spiritual parents. What develops along the way is character. Your character is the only thing you can ever take with you anywhere – now in your present form and later in your spiritual form. You can’t take your car, your house, your money or any other physical possessions with you – but you can and do take your character. This is really your only true treasure. What is the quality and value of your character?
If you’re wondering how to move yourself into a Peaceful State of Being, you can start by looking at the examples of those who have already walked the path before you. One example is a remarkable woman by the name of Mildred Norman Ryder. Ms. Ryder became known as the Peace Pilgrim when in her mid-40’s she aligned with her purpose of being and spent the next 28 years of her life promoting Peace all across the USA. You can learn more about Ms. Ryder’s story at www.peacepilgrim.org. Here is a shining example of the affect just one person can have in the world. Each life is a like a pebble cast into the sea. As each cast pebble sends out ripples ever widening, always moving outwards though less perceptible with distance, each life has a ripple effect on every other life.
Two leaders in energy work have begun global peace programs. One is Masaru Emoto. Mr. Emoto has been doing work on energy and water crystals for over 20 years. In 2005, he started the Emoto Peace Project. Mr. Emoto’s work with water crystals shows that the most beautiful and perfect water crystals are formed when given the energy of unconditional love. These water crystals are perfect star tetrahedra and create metatron’s cube energy patterns. All of Mr. Emoto’s work is copyrighted and trademarked, please do not copy images.
On November 7, 2008, at the Alliance for a New Humanity Forum in Barcelona, Deepak Chopra announced to the 500 attendees of that conference that he had taken a vow for non-violence in thought, speech and action. This has since become a global movement. A goal was set to mobilize 100 million people to make a commitment of peaceful thought and nonviolence. If this resonates with you, go to http://www.itakethevow.com to learn more on how you can become a part of this global movement.
Every person ever born, has a mother, father, sister, brother, aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins. Every person ever born breathes air to exist and has blood flowing their veins, if they get cut or injured, they bleed and hurt. Every person is really the same – and what happens to one, happens to all. Extend that around you to your environment – the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom, and even the insect kingdom. Everything that exists, even rock and air, has an effect on everything else that exists. Everything comes from energy and returns to energy, and no thing is any different from any other.
The next time an angry, irritable or harsh attitude starts to rise up in response to a situation, catch yourself and ask yourself does the situation really warrant any energy given to it at all? Step back from the situation and look at it as an observer. You will begin to see situations in a new light. It will become easier, little by little, to remain in a Peaceful State of Being.

Yesterday after I posted on Star Tetrahedron I found some very interesting videos on YouTube.
Nassim Harramein is being interviewed on the Unified Field Theory. Watch – quantums strung together creating tetrahedra create everything. The unknown in unified field theory is the spin. What makes things spin. It is the motion that keeps things growing, changing. Without motion life would stop. Pay attention to the section on the apple. You will see the energy spinning down in one direction and up in another. The same vortex of energy that flows through you as Qi, flows through the universe in the same way. The structure of this energy is tetrahedral.
part I
part II
part III
Tetrahedral structure – the energy packets that R. Buckminster Fuller theorized – is the basis of all that is. The inherent vibration within tetrahedra creates spin. The faster or higher the vibration, the faster the spin. Quantum physicists have observed that everything in the universe is spinning faster.
I recently wrote a post about Awakening Your Sleeping Mind.
David Hawkins in his book Power vs. Force calibrates people’s emotional levels from 20 – 1000 based on vibration. 200 – 300 is the zone of exploration, accomplishment, fortitude and determination. At this level, people put out as much energy as they take in. 85% of the current population is vibrationally calibrated at 200 or less. A fair percentage is moving into the 300 – 500 range with a small percentage moving into the much higher range. 300 – 500 is the range of willingness to love. 700 -1000 is enlightenment.
One individual at level 300 counterbalances 90,000 individuals below 200.
One individual at level 700 counterbalances 70 million individuals below 200.

The universe is indeed speeding up. Everything is entering a higher vibration, either willingly as in those leading the way, or unwillingly as in those who will be brought along, swept up in the current. But the bigger question is what will it all mean in the end? A different world is indeed coming. How will it be ushered in?
Feel free to leave comments. I would love to hear from you.
“In the late eighteenth century, western scientists confirmed that colloidal silver,
which had been used in oriental medicine for centuries, was an effective antibacterial
agent. Scientists also knew that the human body fluid is colloidal. Therefore,
colloidal silver had been used for antibacterial purposes in the human body. By
the early nineteenth century, colloidal silver was considered the best antibacterial
agent. However, after the discovery of antibiotics, due to the fact that antibiotics
were more potent which could in turn generate more revenue, antibiotics had substituted
colloidal silver as the main choice for antibacterial agents.
Thirty years after the discovery of the antibiotics, many bacteria developed
resistance to the antibiotics, which became a serious problem. Since 1870s, silver,
particularly colloidal silver, has once again been recognized for antibacterial
use, particularly due to its ability for not causing drug-resistance.” (source: http://www.patentstorm.us/patents/6979491/description.html)
I came across this description of colloidal silver and its efficacy and thought it explained so succinctly that I decided to simply quote it.
There are four metals known for the antibacterial-antimicrobial properties. Three are consumable and actually are elemental to human health; they are: silver, zinc, copper. Colloidal silver and zinc lozenges, including nasal swabs with zinc nanoparticulate actually do work in staving off colds and flu. However, to be really effective, there should be some level of the metal in your body already. If you suspect you are at risk, use nasal swabs or take a zinc lozenge every few days. Safe colloidal silver can be found at homoepathic stores. Taking a daily dose before cold or flu set in can help to prevent or reduce the seriousness of cold or flu.
How do metals work? The metal microparticulate inhibits cellular growth so the bacteria or virus can’t reproduce and are stopped dead in their tracks. If the metal level in your body isn’t high enough to stop the bacteria or virus from reproducing altogether, you may simply end up with a milder case of cold or flu.
Our ancestors knew a thing or two about metals too. Copper cookware and silverware made of real silver leeched these metals into the food and provided a level of health benefit. However, one of the dangers, such as drinking wine from a silver goblet, is that the metal particulate size is too large and remains in the body. Elemental metals that are too high can lead to metal toxicity.
Do not try to make colloidal silver on your own – as the blue man from California did. If the particulate level is too large, it remains stored in your body and you will eventually turn blue as he did. Colloidal silver from homeopathic stores carry brands that are safe and have microparticulate size that is safe for human consumption.
Another way to strengthen your immune system this season is to do a detox or colon cleanse. A healthy intestinal tract supports a healthy immune system.
Have a happy, healthy winter season!
At least 75% of the immune system originates from the gastrointestinal system (the gut). Did you know that brain neurotransmitters also originate in the gut? This is more evidence that the “mind” really is a spiritual connection to our creative center ~ the dan tian ~ and that the brain is an elaborate switching station that controls the body. Read more in the Mind Monkeys Series. Stress suppresses the body’s immune system resulting in a wide array of systemic symptoms.
Let’s take a look at the definition of stress from the American Heritage Dictionary
3e; 5c; 6a: A mentally or emotionally disruptive or upsetting condition occurring in response to adverse external influences and capable of affecting physical health, usually characterized by increased heart rate, a rise in blood pressure, muscular tension, irritability, and depression.
5 Physics a: An applied force or system of forces that tends to strain or deform a body.
The word “stress” is derived from the Middle English stresse meaning hardship, partly from destresse and partly from the Old French estrece meaning narrowness or oppression.
The nature of the word is indicative of restriction, narrowing, tightening and constriction – all things that happen within the body during times of emotional and physical stress. When you experience emotional stress, you will often feel a tightening or constricting in the throat and/or chest. Physical stress causes a constriction of blood vessels contributing to elevated blood pressure.
How often do we use words without really contemplating the fullness of their meaning?
Here is a list of some of the manifestations of STRESS:
Insomnia Restlessness Anxiety
Moodiness Depression Hypertension
Tension headaches Migraines Skin problems
Hair loss Stomach /digestive problems Colon irritability
Obesity Neck pain Shoulder pain
Back pain Muscle and Joint aches Diabetes
Thyroid imbalance Acid-alkaline imbalance Cancer
If you are experiencing or have experienced any of these symptoms, you most likely are coping with situational stress and probably even chronic stress at some level. Working with a Wellness Coach to learn Relaxation Techniques and how to add them your lifestyle will deliver lasting effects with results that can be seen in as little as two weeks.
If you have ever taken an antibiotic in your lifetime, chances are you have an overgrowth of systemic yeast (Candida). Antibiotics destroy the probiotics in your body along with the harmful bacteria. If you have never restored your body’s good bacteria, now is a good time to start. You will see improvement in as little as 1 – 2 weeks. An overgrowth of systemic yeast will manifest in your body in many of the symptoms listed above. Stress exacerbates yeast overgrowth.
You have probably heard since the 1980s that Heart Disease is a “silent killer,” and more recently that Heart Disease is the #1 cause of death among women. The primary instigator behind hypertension and heart disease is stress – whether it is situational stress or chronic stress – the long-term effects if left unabated in the body result in deterioration of health and lead to a cornucopia of symptoms. Even if you have inherited tendencies towards developing hypertension and heart disease, there are steps you can take to prevent the development of hypertension or heart disease as well as natural alternatives to the care of hypertension and heart disease if you are already coping with these health issues.
Stress creates constriction, tension in the body, and can even constrict thinking. A tense mind focuses in on minute details and often overlooks the bigger picture. It is easy to get caught in a downward spiral of close introspective thinking. Calmess leads to clarity of thinking. With clarity of thinking, you will find solutions more quickly and easily. Relaxation techniques will show you how to let go of the stress and BE in a calm productive state in spite of the situations you find yourself in.
Stress not only affects the physical and emotional body, it affects the energy body as well. The constriction caused in the body by stress leads to secondary constriction of energy flow or Qi (chi). Energy blocks often accompany many of the stress symptoms listed above. It is not only important to address the cause of the stress to eliminate future stress but it is also important to release the energy constriction or Qi block so that energy can freely flow through the body once again leading to and promoting natural healing.
Researchers in Japan revealed this week that they have formed cohesive functioning brain tissue from stem cells.
“The researchers at the Riken Center for Developmental Biology in Kobe said their new tissues are able to self-organize into four distinct zones very similar to the structure seen in human fetuses, and conduct neuro activity such as transmitting electrical signals among themselves.”
What I found fascinating about this development is that the tissues self-organized into a structure seen in human fetuses. On May 27, in my blog post, Is Your Mind Making a Monkey of You?, I wrote about thought originating from the dan tian and not the brain. The lower dan tian corresponds to very beginning of human life. It is intriguing that the stem cells self-organized into four distinct zones. In the early development stage of life, in the first two weeks, the heart, brain, spinal cord and gastrointestinal tract begin to form. These are the four neural crests that also correspond to the main qi centers and meridians in the body. In the second to sixth week of life, neurogenesis begins with brain activity and a heart beat apparent by the sixth week.
For the first time, scientists have an inside look at the genesis of life and the very beginnings of qi functioning (neuro activity and electrical signals).

Science and creationism are growing ever closer to being one.
“The first wealth is health.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
The second wealth is FREEDOM. Without health, sickness prevails leading to misery and discontent. Without freedom, tyranny prevails leading to oppression and suppression of the spirit.
“Lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven…” (Matt 6:20) Civil Liberties are God-given liberties; they are not given by man and cannot be taken by man. Be wary of any person who claims to be the solution to problems. The only true solutions come from within oneself.
The man who governs himself has no need of a king or ruler over him. Self-governance comes from within. It comes from sound moral character. It comes from knowing what is right and doing it whether someone is there watching or not. We ~ all humans ~ are created in the image of the Creator ~ the ONE who is the Source of ALL. Just as you are to grow up humanly, physically, there is also a growing up spiritually ~ to grow into the fullness from which you were created. It is an inheritance. It is not something that you have received already; but it is something which you will receive and is yours to inherit, unless you choose to forfeit your inheritance.
Enlightenment is the realization that you and everything that exists comes from ONE Source, that your thoughts and actions affect ~ have an impact ~ positive or negative ~ on everything around you. If you despise another person, plant, animal or thing, you actually despise yourself. People who believe that they have to hurt or destroy others to bring into being a state of condition that they think to be true actually deny truth because in the hurt and destruction of others is destruction of self. Enlightenment holds all things as equal and the realization that all needs are provided by Source. Indeed, there is nothing that we truly need because Source has no need inherently.
An awakening and an awareness of truth is growing globally. A spiritual awakening is occurring as more people become aware of and re-connect back to Source. It is Source that will bring unification of mankind. It is Source that will usher in a period of peace and prosperity. It does not come from a man or a man-made government. It comes from within each and every one of us ~ as humans ~ letting go of prejudices and the need to feel in control of something outside of ourselves ~ to not favor one person or belief over another ~ but to accept everyone equally and to employ control of self. ALL humans are created EQUAL. We ALL have flesh and blood. We ALL need air to breathe. Without breath there is no life. We ALL have the same basic needs of food, clothing and shelter. No one of us is any greater than any other.
Enlightenment begins by connecting to Source, letting go of preconceived ideas or things you were taught by others, and being receptive to Truth as Source leads you into knowledge and wisdom that only comes from Source.
True FREEDOM comes from an individual’s ability to govern himself ~ his thoughts, his physical body, and his outward actions towards others. There is nothing ~ no thing ~ that a person can keep in his heart without it being known by Source. To harbor malcontent towards any other person is to harbor malcontent towards Source. Malcontent or ill-feelings towards any other human being is indicative of you not having forgiven. Forgiveness is elemental to healing. There is a universal symphony being played of which we are all a part. When we show outward and inward love and concern for all living things (the plant and animal kingdoms including the human kingdom), the orchestra plays a beautiful symphony. Emotions that do not lead to love and concern create dissonance and disharmony within the orchestra. The very fabric of the universe is affected. These are the vibrations that affect all of creation. Sound health means free from injury, damage, defect or disease. In its very definition, you can see that freedom is truly the second wealth.
Any person that denies the civil liberties that every person is born with, given to them from the very Source that created them, denies Source and is opposed to it. Such a person would claim that no such liberties exist or hold those liberties as negative to their own agenda. Such a person seeks to be viewed as the source of all good things when, in fact, those “good things” only come through the destruction of others. This is NOT GOOD. True Source does not need to destroy to create. In truth, there is such an abundance in creation, that there is no need to take from one to give to another. Have you ever seen an ear of corn with only one kernel? Or a pomegranate with only one seed? Or a pine tree with only one pine cone containing only one seed? Absolutely NOT. The idea that one needs to take from a group others and distribute what was taken to some who currently do not have is antithesis to Source. To those who currently do not have, all they have to do is seek and they will find, knock and the door will open. There is never lack in truth and not in creation. To say that only a certain amount exists limits Source, limits creation. Source is like water, a well spring which forever flows and the more that flows the greater the abundance and fruitfulness
Take time today to think on these things. Take time to Connect to Source. Ask for Understanding. Ask to be shown Truth. Ask to recognize Truth when it is shown to you. Ask for guidance in every aspect of your life. Just as your human parents would never want to see harm come to you, so too, the very Source that created you seeks to finish the work which was begun in you. Lay hold of these treasures and value them above everything else except Source ~ Health, Freedom, Wisdom and Enlightenment.
The partial becomes complete; the crooked, straight; the empty,
full; the worn out, new. He whose (desires) are few gets them; he
whose (desires) are many goes astray.
Therefore the sage holds in his embrace the one thing (of
humility), and manifests it to all the world. He is free from self-
display, and therefore he shines; from self-assertion, and therefore
he is distinguished; from self-boasting, and therefore his merit is
acknowledged; from self-complacency, and therefore he acquires
superiority. It is because he is thus free from striving that
therefore no one in the world is able to strive with him.
[emphasis mine]
That saying of the ancients that ‘the partial becomes complete’ was
not vainly spoken:–all real completion is comprehended under it.
When governments intervene into the private sector and nationalize business and/or finance, the free market system ceases to exist. This is the scene which has emerged on the world stage.
Worldwide, a financial meltdown is occurring. Large major banks are merging to create fewer centralized mega banks. Nations are infusing Billions monetarily into the markets to stabilize them but will it work? Raising taxes in any form would push the markets into a domino-effect worldwide depression. Is there a way to stabilize the markets and keep inflation from running rampant in a market that has already lost so much value? How about one world currency? Don’t believe in it? It’s coming – and sooner than many think.
With an Emergency G7 summit meeting this weekend and the World Economic Forum holding its inaugural Summit on the Global Agenda in Dubai November 7-9, 2008, it is almost a given that the topic of one world currency to stabilize the global markets will be a hot topic of discussion.
Is there a precedent and a model for centralization of currency? Absolutely. The Maastricht Treaty of 1992 set the ball in motion for a centralized monetary system within the European Union. First introduced in 1999 as an accounting currency, on January 1, 2002, the euro formally replaced the European Currency Unit (ECU) at a ratio of 1:1. The European Central Bank (ECB) has the sole authority to set monetary policy among the central banks of participating euro zone countries. The Euro Zone consists of 15 members states of the EU that have chosen at this time to adopt the EU. While not all current members of the EU have adopted the euro, there is general concensus that sometime in the next five years, the majority if not all EU members will have adopted the standard currency unit.
The G20, a group of twenty finance ministers and central bank governors, was also established in 1999. The G20 meets at the ministerial level annually each autumn to discuss key global economic issues.
In times of great stress, fear and worry, such as exist today, it becomes easy to give up hope, to let fear take hold, to react out of fraught emotion rather than calmly with a quiet centered focus. As long as you have life and will, there is hope. In an existence where everything is change and what is perceived as “reality” is practically nothing more than a 3-dimensional mirage, the only constant is the Source from which all exists. It is ever present, ever knowing, ever powerful – simply, IT IS.
In times of great distress, it is helpful to center on such things that are greater than self. The giving of oneself for the benefit of the whole in such times, everyone helping one another, will help all of us through times of great trouble. In these times, it is essential to Trust in the higher Source from which everything emanates. Do not rely on the false promises of men, no matter how appealing they may be. Be grounded and rooted in the Source from which you come and you will remain unshaken. Increasingly difficult times lay ahead but YOU have the Strength within yourself to remain steady and stay the true course. It begins with Trust and ends with Faith. Trust in the Source from which all exists for all your needs and have the Faith, the absolute knowing, that all your needs are assured. Never deny the Source from which you come and the Source will never deny you.
Be strong and of good courage, remain rooted and grounded in Source, Trust in Source and have the Faith, the absolute knowing, that all is as it should be – every purpose for all will be fulfilled.
