“Some men seem to attract success, power, wealth, attainment with very little conscious effort; others conquer with great difficulty; still others fail to altogether to reach their ambitions, desires and ideals. Why is this so?…The difference…must be in the mind, therefore, which overcomes environment and every other obstacle in the path of men. When the creative power of thought is fully understood, its effect will be seen to be marvelous…the laws governing in the mental and spiritual world are as fixed and infallible as in the material world…mind creates negative conditions just as readily as favorable conditions, and when we consciously or unconsciously visualize every kind of lack, limitation and discord, we create these conditions’ this is what many are unconsciously doing all the time…This law as well as every other law is no respecter of persons, but is in constant operation and is relentlessly bringing to each individual exactly what he has created;”

Mind over matter. The creative power of thought creates negative conditions as readily as it does positive conditions. Are you creating the environment around you and bringing into your life things you don’t desire or are you a victim of circumstance? What is the truth of this?

Can you create whatever the mind can conceive?

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.

Belief. Knowing with certainty. Certainty brings something into BEing. It materializes matter from the universal field of energy.

You can hope for something, yet it will not come into BEing. Hope is not certain; it is too ephemeral.

Matter is certain, it has form. It takes on form through knowing with certainty that it is there.

Belief is synonymous with conviction. Conviction is proof. Proof is substantive, tangible. Belief brings energy into matter.

Beliefs are important in health, relationships, perceptions, how we function physically.

Are Beliefs and Will-Power the same? No, they are not the same. A Belief just is until motion is given to it. Motion is given to it through the Will. Energy is constantly in motion. Certainty provides forward motion. Uncertainty provides the opposite, backward motion. A certain knowing that something WILL BE, moves it forward into BEING.

We as people are packed down with beliefs. Things that we were told as children, things that we learned as we grew up, things we came to think through processes or experiences.

Do your beliefs serve you? Beliefs can be cast away if they don’t serve you. They can be replaced by beliefs that do serve you. Beliefs can change over time. As we grow and develop, our beliefs can change to accommodate that growth and development.

Take some time to examine what you believe and why you believe it. Ask yourself questions that bring you to look at your beliefs in a different light. Be open to looking at things from a different perspective. It’s amazing how changing the angle the slightest little bit on something yields a totally different view. Change your perspective and the world changes with you.

You can create the life of your dreams.

You may have been hearing about a great universal shift that is coming.

Some are talking about it as a shift back towards the Divine Feminine, a balancing of universal energy away from the dominant male Yang back to the feminine Yin.

Along with that shift is a long anticipated prospect of worldwide peace.

But peace will not come the way some are envisioning.

There is a great social upheaval occurring globally as man crafts a global social economy. Peace does not come from men imposing will and design of peace upon the rest of mankind. Peace is a state of BEing that comes from within each and everyone of us. When each individual comes to realize Peace from within, then the world truly will be at peace.

This hearkens back to my earlier question of Development or Evolution?

Are we as humans developing into the fullness of spirit potential through the development of sound moral character and total outgoing unconditional love for others or are we evolving? Nature speaks the truth. It teaches development is the way offspring grow and mature to reach a similar identity as the adults from which they sprung. We are growing creative beings created by the Source of all that IS. We are to grow up into the fullness of Source. Just as human parents teach and guide their children to grow up to be responsible adults, our spiritual parent is waiting and watching, teaching and guiding each and every child to grow up to reach the fullness of our spirit potential to be responsible spiritual beings.

If every person in the world would simply make a personal commitment to love unconditionally everything and everyone that exists, peace would suddenly exist.

There are a number of prominent individuals promoting Peace Projects. Two such individuals are Deepak Chopra through his Alliance for a New Humanityand Masaru Emoto through his Emoto Peace Project.

So let me ask the question, “Are YOU at PEACE?” Is Peace a State of BEing that you reside in perpetually? Are you at peace when events occur in your daily life that could trigger upset and emotional discontent? What is your perspective and mindset about events as they occur? Have you developed a state of Conscious Awareness? Do you practice Letting Go?

When you can see events as they occur in your day-to-day life as an observer and not become attached to any emotions or outcome from those events, you are existing in a state of Conscious Awareness.

By not attaching to outcomes, whatever outcome occurs is okay. There is an acceptance that everything that IS has a reason for BEing. There is no emotional negativity attached to the event. Not attaching emotion helps to clear your emotional body; you begin paving the way to BEing in a state of continual Peace.

Peace is a mindset. The mind affects the body’s responses to stress. The body’s response releases chemicals that affect the mind and body. So, here too, we have the mind-body-spirit all working in cohesion.

What emotions elicit a peaceful mindset and state of BEing? Gratitude, joy, love, contentment, happiness are some of these high vibrational emotions that lead to peace. Can you list any others?

By keeping these emotions in the forefront of your thoughts, you create the cellular vibration that matches up with universal vibration. These emotions drive your WILL. As you exist in this higher vibrational state, your body will begin to crave to BE in this higher state continually. You create a state of peace.

Peace will come to the world. It will not come by the craftiness of man, by social engineering or the expunging of anti-peaceful or nonconforming individuals. Peace will finally come when each and every one – every person – embraces unconditional love and chooses to be at peace from within.

If you find this blog post of value, please feel free to tell your friends and family about it.

With Christmas, Hannukah and Kwanza all occurring around the same time of year, this is a time when Peace and Goodwill is often thought about and much talked about – and something some people actually do. This time of year actually has the ability to change a person’s heart – how they feel about something – because for a brief moment in time, their only focus is on doing something to help someone else – true unconditional love.

Have you ever taken the time to ask yourself what is PEACE? and What does it mean? How can one person make a change in the world that actually affects the lives of other people in a positive way?

Peace is a State of Being. It begins in the mind and then resonates out around you. If you change your mindset, you change what energy you emit. Peace, Joy and Unconditional Love are three of the highest energy vibrations. Like sound, energy resonates and entrains other energy flow patterns. Have you ever noticed how someone’s good mood ends up rubbing off on others? Or someone in a really bad mood brings in a flood of negative energy with them? That is simple energy entrainment.

A state of Peace will have the same effect on the people around you. This is one way you can spread Peace throughout the world. As each and everyone of us takes up the Peace mindset and holds that thought pattern every day, we can slowly begin to affect change in the world around us, in people’s mindset and attitude, because they will inherently want to reflect back the energy they are receiving. It’s a universal law, it just IS.

It is possible to remain in a Peaceful State of Being despite events that occur on a day-to-day basis. It lies in your mental attitude in how you decide to react and respond to those situations. Responding to a situation with a negative attitude is a learned behavior. And just as you learned how to respond negatively, you can change your response and learn how to respond positively. Many people don’t want to change. Change can feel difficult because it requires one to think differently, feel differently, respond differently, react differently. After all, status quo is easy; it doesn’t require any effort. But does anything that requires no effort really have any value at all?

Growth requires stretching and changing. If there is no growth, there is stagnation and death. So change is good and actually part of what we should be doing in the first place. Change is part of growing, and growing is an ongoing, never ending process. We were created to grow up into the fullness of the Source from which we were created. Just as a small child grows up to resemble his or her physical parents, we are to continue to grow spiritually to resemble our spiritual parents. What develops along the way is character. Your character is the only thing you can ever take with you anywhere – now in your present form and later in your spiritual form. You can’t take your car, your house, your money or any other physical possessions with you – but you can and do take your character. This is really your only true treasure. What is the quality and value of your character?

If you’re wondering how to move yourself into a Peaceful State of Being, you can start by looking at the examples of those who have already walked the path before you. One example is a remarkable woman by the name of Mildred Norman Ryder. Ms. Ryder became known as the Peace Pilgrim when in her mid-40’s she aligned with her purpose of being and spent the next 28 years of her life promoting Peace all across the USA. You can learn more about Ms. Ryder’s story at www.peacepilgrim.org. Here is a shining example of the affect just one person can have in the world. Each life is a like a pebble cast into the sea. As each cast pebble sends out ripples ever widening, always moving outwards though less perceptible with distance, each life has a ripple effect on every other life.

Two leaders in energy work have begun global peace programs. One is Masaru Emoto. Mr. Emoto has been doing work on energy and water crystals for over 20 years. In 2005, he started the Emoto Peace Project. Mr. Emoto’s work with water crystals shows that the most beautiful and perfect water crystals are formed when given the energy of unconditional love. These water crystals are perfect star tetrahedra and create metatron’s cube energy patterns. All of Mr. Emoto’s work is copyrighted and trademarked, please do not copy images.

On November 7, 2008, at the Alliance for a New Humanity Forum in Barcelona, Deepak Chopra announced to the 500 attendees of that conference that he had taken a vow for non-violence in thought, speech and action. This has since become a global movement. A goal was set to mobilize 100 million people to make a commitment of peaceful thought and nonviolence. If this resonates with you, go to http://www.itakethevow.com to learn more on how you can become a part of this global movement.

Every person ever born, has a mother, father, sister, brother, aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins. Every person ever born breathes air to exist and has blood flowing their veins, if they get cut or injured, they bleed and hurt. Every person is really the same – and what happens to one, happens to all. Extend that around you to your environment – the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom, and even the insect kingdom. Everything that exists, even rock and air, has an effect on everything else that exists. Everything comes from energy and returns to energy, and no thing is any different from any other.

The next time an angry, irritable or harsh attitude starts to rise up in response to a situation, catch yourself and ask yourself does the situation really warrant any energy given to it at all? Step back from the situation and look at it as an observer. You will begin to see situations in a new light. It will become easier, little by little, to remain in a Peaceful State of Being.

The Double Tetrahedron is also known as a Star Tetrahedron or the Mer-Kah-ba.

Within it lies the energy that holds all life together. The bonds that hold atoms, particles and molecules together, all the way down to nanoparticles and all the way up to macroparticles, are tetrahedral.

Here is an image of a tannic molecule. I have inserted within the molecular bonds, the double or star tetrahedra. Molecules vary in size and by general definition are two or more atoms combined together. Chemistry uses the format shown below to demonstrate the bonding and format of all molecules.

The following is an image of the molecule artisane:

 350px-atisane3-wikipedia

The left and middle images are 3D and the right is a 2D rendering of the molecule artisane. Here again, you can see the tetrahedral structure through the bonding.

Even at the atomic level, the nucleus being protons and neutrons and the surrounding shells made of electrons, this tetrahedral structure is prevalent.

Everything that exists as you conceive of it in a 3-dimensional world is held together by these tetrahedral bonds. R. Buckminster Fuller saw this. His geodesic domes were designed on this concept.

“All of the definable structuring of Universe is tetrahedrally coordinate in rational number increments of the tetrahedron.” R. Buckminster Fuller

“The tetrahedron occurs conceptually independent of events and independent of relative size. By tetrahedron, we mean the minimum thinkable set that would subdivide the Universe and have the interconnectedness where it comes back upon itself…The basic structural unit of physical Universe quantation, tetrahedron has the fundamental prime number oneness.” R. Buckminster Fuller

Perhaps the basis of this concept of oneness as demonstrated in the triangular spiral vector lies behind the meaning of, “…the LORD our God is one LORD:” (Deut 6:4) and the fundamental premise of three-in-one that is prevalent in many religions.

You might also find it interesting that a half quantum, or one spiral, is the basis of fractal geometry.

“Tetrahedron as Vectorial Model of Quantum: The tetrahedron as a basic vectorial model is the fundamental structural system of the Universe. The open-ended triangular spiral as action, reaction, and resultant (proton, electron, and anti-neutrino; or neutron, positron, and neutrino) becomes half quantum. An association of positive and negative half-quantum units identifies the tetrahedron as one quantum.” R. Buckminster Fuller

The open-ended spiral of action, reaction and result also fulfills the 7 Natural Laws. 1. The Law of Vibration – the energy within the vector is constantly in vibrational motion. 2. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation states that energy is forever moving into form, through form and back into form. Energy within the quantum fulfills this law. 3. Law of Relativity. Electrons just are until related to protons. In the relation their polarity is defined. 4. Law of Rhythm. Vibrations are rhythmic. The energy within the quantum is vibrational at specific rhythms as defined by the environment. 5. Law of Polarity – positive and negative, yin and yang, magnetic and electric. 6. Law of Cause & Effect – for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction is fulfilled in the life of the half quantum. 7. The Law of Gender is fulfilled in the life of a quantum. 8. The One Great Law above all others ENERGY IS. The quantum IS ENERGY.

“The tetrahedron is the first and simplest subdivision of Universe, because it could not have an insideness and an outsideness unless it had four vertexes and six edges…The vertexial set of four local-event foci coincides with the requirement of quantum mathematics for four unique quanta numbers for each uniquely considerable quantum.

The tetrahedron is a form of energy package. (See Figure 1, 2) The tetrahedron is transformable…All of the definable structuring of Universe is tetrahedrally coordinate in rational number increments of the tetrahedron.” R. Buckminster Fuller

“Two Triangular Energy Events Make Tetrahedron: The open-ended triangular spiral can be considered one “energy event” consisting of an action, reaction and resultant. Two such events (one positive and one negative) combine to form the tetrahedron.” R. Buckminster Fuller

Metatron’s cube is a wonderful picture of the geometry and energy that flows through Star Tetrahedra.

DNA is made of two spiraling strands that make many tetrahedra down the DNA helix. It is interesting to note that at conception each of us has one DNA strand from our mother and father. Two events that combine to make one. It is within the foci of each local event (and DNA is comprised of many events) that all that is IS. There is no inside and no outside – it simply IS.

In his article Achieving Peace: A New Paradigm, Part II, Mark A. Siegmund, Ph.D. quotes R. Buckminster Fuller from his book Synergetics I. R. Buckminster Fuller noted that the prime geometry of nature is the tetrahedron. Without this structure, our universe as we know it, wouldn’t exist. Is it any wonder why this symbol represents so much power and carries with it so much mysticism?

“For those of us who are without benefit of an electron microscope to peer into atomic and sub-atomic levels of matter – and the relative great distances that separate one atom from the other [matter represents only about 4% of space], our very limited range of optical vision permits us to only see the aggregated atoms of matter, as seemingly dense, solid and non-energetic. So the inner workings of nature remain invisible to our ordinary sight, making problematic any shift conceptually from a world and universe that is apparently solid, static, enduring, immutable and eternal, to one that is invisible, always changing-transforming and is built entirely of omni-present and ever abundant energy.” Mark A. Siegmund, Ph.D.

Did you understand that phrase? What we perceive to be material, solid, is actually mostly space that appears in our brains to be dense matter. The universe from the macro to the micro level is always changing, always transforming and is ever abundant.

Here is another quote from Dr. Siegmund from the same article:

“A meshing and integration in optimally potent ways, of our new understandings of plenitude with the globally dominant and omni-present, scarcity based and driven, economic and political systems is critical, if there is ever to be a truly enduring and self-sustaining global peace.

Accruing proofs of, and ready access to, plenitude and sufficiency, have potentially profound and ameliorative effects on the quality of life for virtually the whole of humanity.

Along with the new understandings, there needs to be created new ways of organizing and conducting our affairs and efforts – so that sufficiency-for-all becomes the new operational reality.”

The economic and political systems that have largely existed up to this point in history have been driven by a scarcity mind set, a belief that there isn’t enough for everyone. Yet, this belief is the exact opposite of what nature shows us to be true.

There is sufficient for all above and beyond anything that is required or desired. The basic understanding of this lies in the tetrahedron.

Our “affairs” or “efforts” need to be focused in such a way on a personal, local, national and global level such that the truth of plenitude and sufficiency for all is recognized and embraced.

It is ironic that at this particular time in history, the world’s economy is crying out just the opposite. It is saying that there isn’t enough; it is shrinking and pulling back, crying out lack. It is an illusion. Money is a man-made “thing.” It is a currency – a standard unit of trade – and nothing more. What happens when “money” as you know it ceases to exist? Do you suddenly have nothing? Or do you still have have what you always had? You have life – you ARE. Trade and economies will always find a way to conduct business. The means will always change. Ancient coinage and currencies now no longer used demonstrate this.

There is only ONE SOURCE. That SOURCE has the WILL to bring into matter through quanta (plural of quantum). You exist as a reflection of this source. Do you recognize the potential that lies dormant within you? Do you recognize what the fullness of life – existence – is? Do you KNOW your SOURCE?

What are memories? What do they have to do with health and healing? Is there a connection? Beyond that is there a connection to memory, health and forgiveness?

Memories are stored in the cells of your body, all the cells of your body. Your body is the memory bank of your life. The brain is the chemical switching station. Think of the brain like a busy train station, trains coming and going constantly day and night. The chemicals in your body are the trains; they carry needed supplies throughout the body and aid in waste removal.

Cellular memory is a phenomenon that came to light with the advent of organ transplants. Organ recipients were reporting stories of liking foods they hadn’t before. They were drawn to interests and activities that hadn’t been of interest prior to the transplant. They also reported having memories of the person whose organ they had received.

Early in transplant history, doctors tried to come up with explanations for these phenomena. In the end, it is the recipients themselves and their stories that have shed light on the fact that our bodies are memory banks. Prior to this, it was assumed that memories were stored in the brain. Somehow, there were unique little places in the brain where all memories were stored. We now know this isn’t totally true. Of all that grey matter sitting up there, we only use about 10% or less. Wouldn’t it be intriguing to find out what the rest of it is used for?

But let’s get back to cellular memory. Many cultures, including ancient cultures, hold a tradition of bodily resurrection. The flip side of this belief is that of reincarnation, where the body is continually reborn. Whichever you believe, the fact that memories are stored at a cellular level doesn’t change.

Let’s examine this a little deeper. If memories are stored in your cells then when you have children it is conceivable that you are passing your memories, at the cellular level (or at least some of them), to your children. Your children in turn would pass along some or all of the memories they received from you as well as their own memories to their children, and so on down the genealogic line.

This progressive passage of cellular memory could be an explanation for what people report as being reincarnation. Somehow, they have accessed deep cellular memories of their ancestors that are so real to them it is as if they have lived the life of their ancestor. This is just my theory.

There are many forms of memories. Memories are created chemically. Trauma creates cellular memory. General injury, something as simple as a cat scratch, creates cellular memory. Feelings and emotions associated with every-day events create cellular memory – events such as a birthday, being with someone, and watching a child’s accomplishment. What makes the memory is the emotion associated with the event or feeling. Every emotion has a chemical co-responder. Emotion is the spiritual connection to the physical. Emotions are stored chemically in your cells, and they stay there until released.

There are emotions that we consider “good” – such as joy, happiness, excitement, elation – and emotions that we consider as “bad” – such as anger, resentment, worry, feeling hurt, and guilt.

The chemical reactions associated with stress are also stored at the cellular level in your body. Stress is now widely recognized as the leading cause of all illness and the cause of upwards of 90% of doctor visits annually.

Can you imagine what a different world it would be if you and those around you could learn to reduce and eliminate the effects of stress on your body?

There are techniques you can learn and do that will reduce the effects of stress, stimulate your immune system to respond better, and help your body to heal itself.

Some of the techniques that can be used to release emotion and the effects of stress from your body right down to the cellular level include Qi Gong (literally energy work), EFT (Emotion Freedom Technique), and applied kinesiology. These three techniques are in the realm of energy work or body work. They use the flow of universal energy and the energy meridians in your body to release stress allowing the body to heal itself naturally.

The body was actually designed to maintain itself. It is capable of maintaining health. The cells in your body are constantly reproducing, right down to the memories that are stored in them. If cell deterioration and cell death were eliminated, there would be no disease and no aging as we know it today. In fact, when you are experiencing disease or illness, it is your body’s way of telling you that something isn’t in harmony – emotionally, physically or mentally – your body’s energy is unsynchronized. When balance and harmony are restored, the body can and does heal itself.

There is another technique, a spiritual technique, that has the same effect of releasing memory at the cellular level – it is Forgiveness. When you forgive, it is as if the experience never happened. It ceases to exist right down to the cellular level. This is the unique power of Forgiveness.

You have only truly forgiven when the event, the memory, ceases to exist. It is as if it never was in the first place.

It is equally as important to Forgive Yourself as it is to Forgive others. If something happened that you hold yourself accountable for and can’t let it go, recognize that whatever it was is in the past, the past is not now unless you re-create it every day by not letting go. It is okay to Forgive Yourself. It is okay to love yourself and be present with yourself in this moment. With this understanding, healing can begin.

This is why forgiveness is so crucial to health and healing. If you haven’t forgiven, there is still a memory somewhere in your cells that is out of harmony. As long as those memories remain, your body is in a state of disharmony, and it can’t heal itself.

I’m going to take this one step further to inherited disease. When your body is in such a state that disease has become manifest, let’s say heart disease just as an example, those cellular memories get passed along to your children. This is why doctors say that certain diseases run in a family or are inherited. You are only inheriting the genetic expression of the cells’ DNA that was known from before.

I am going to go out on a limb here and make the claim that inherited disease can be eradicated if you erase the memory of the disease at the cellular level. It is as if it never happened. This may seem far-fetched and heretical but science is actually beginning to prove this. I am working on a special report that goes into this in much greater detail.

Imagine a world without illness or disease! It would be like a utopia. How long do you think people would live? Cells continually regenerate. The Judeo-Christian Bible says that after the flood, God limited the age of man to 120. There is one person alive today who is reported to be 120, and the oldest person ever recorded was Jeanne Calment who died in 1997 at the age of 122. Of note, the person who is 120 and still alive is a Bedouin woman living in northern Israel. She attributes her age and good health to her diet which is predominantly vegetarian.

According to Dictionary.com, health is the general condition of the body or mind regarding soundness and vigor; vitality; freedom from disease or ailment.

The word “health” comes from the Old English meaning “whole.” So to be in a state of good health is to be in a state of wholeness. You are whole, complete, perfect. Vitality and vigor pertain to life.

Wellness is the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort; it is an approach to healthcare that emphasizes preventing illness and prolonging life, as opposed to an emphasis on treating disease (the symptom) (emphasis mine).

Well-being as defined by WordNet is a contented state of being happy, healthy and prosperous.

It is interesting to note most definitions of well-being include prosperity. Prosperity is a natural state, a divine state, of abundance, and abundance only exists in the universe. Anything less than abundance is a perception.

Well (an adverb) is a gerundive of the verb To Be.

A gerund is a word form derived from a verb used as a noun, i.e. “The saying goes…”; a gerundive is a word derived from an adverbial form used as a noun, i.e. to be, I AM.

Therefore, “well” is an adverbial form of “to be” used as a noun, i.e., “The well-being of the children is at stake.”

Correctly, when speaking of health and someone asks you, “How are you today?” the proper response would be, “I am well.” Well is the verb descriptor (adverb) describing the verb To Be (I am). Somehow, in the last 25 – 30 years, western society (at least in America) has lost this. Speech has a much deeper meaning than we are aware of. Words particularly are very important. This thought alone should be enough for us to take care to guard our speech and think before we speak.

The etymology of “well” is particularly interesting because of it being an adverbial form of “BE.” To be = I am, you are, he/she/it is…  I AM is the creator of all that is (see blog post I WILL BE That I WILL TO BE). Therefore, you are of I AM, you are an intrinsic part of I AM. You are not separate from the “whole” of I AM. Remember “health” is wholeness, not just wholeness of your individual body but “wholeness” as it pertains to the “whole” of creation.

This is a vital clue, a change in perception, that will totally change your “well-being.”

Many people exist in a state of discontent. They aren’t happy with their job, the things they have, the car they drive, the house they live in, maybe even their spouse.

How many of you think that once you attract all the things you “think” you want, you will be happy?

How many of you are happy NOW? How many of you are content with your life just the way it is?

Do you find yourself wishing you had more than you do? You see someone with something that you’d like to have and wish you had it? When you find yourself in this state, you may actually be experiencing envy. Envy is a negative emotion. Maybe you don’t think you have envy. But when you see someone driving a new car that you’d like to have, and you say, “I wish that were me driving that car right now,” or “I really want to be driving that car right now,” you have envy. Maybe, it is the latest electronic game or a new HD TV and you really want to have it now.

Let’s look at the definition of envy to be really clear. Dictionary.com says that Envy is a feeling of discontent or covetousness with regard to another’s advantages, success, possessions, etc.

So, you see, if you are not careful, you may actually find yourself being envious.

Now, let’s say, you see someone driving a car you would really like to have and instead you say, “That person absolutely deserves to have that car. I’m looking forward to when I will have one too and will be grateful to receive it.”

In this instance, you are acknowledging that it is okay for the other person to have something you would like to have. You also acknowledge that you are content and have gratitude for what you will receive, and that you are now ready to receive it.

Why bring up this topic anyway? Because this is part of the Letting Go process. When you are in a state of always wanting more, you are not content. You are creating a maelstrom of emotional stress within your body as well. When you can exist in a state of contentment, you will be in a position where you will attract the things you desire. More correctly, you become “attract-ive” to those things.

When you have envy, you have feelings of lack. Lack does not exist in the Universe. There is only abundance. When you can Let Go of this “lack” way of thinking and feeling, all potential is within your reach. You become “attract-ive” to all that IS. Because you are not perceiving lack, the full potential of the Universe begins to become visible. You cannot realize the full potential of the Universe in an instant or you would become overwhelmed.

Let’s go back to Prayer for a moment. When You Ask for something in FAITH, you do so with a KNOWING that it will come to pass. If you don’t KNOW that it WILL BE, often times that prayer will go unanswered. It goes unanswered because You didn’t bring it into BEING. “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Rom 11:1) Evidence is proof. Substance is real and tangible. Quantum physics has shown that when a person thinks of matter, matter – visible atoms – will appear in what is otherwise “dark space.” You can bring into BEING whatever you desire. But remember, things do not make one happy or content. Happiness and contentment are States of BEING. It comes from Within You not from Outside of You. When you are content, everything is possible.

“The attitude of the praying mind is one of intense concentration. The feelings which are the motive power of all men, have been wrought up to a state of tension. The nerve-currents are all being carried up to the brain and there converted into thought-power. With each exertion, whether mental or emotional, there is an outgoing current of magnetism. There sets up a stress in the ether [universal energy]. The entire organism is subject to Self-Magnetization. The psychic atmosphere around the praying soul is throbbing with his thought-forces. The aura – the photosphere round each form is bathed in living light, sending forth waves of golden yellow color and scintillating with unimaginable splendor. The finer forces of the super-physical planes have been attracted to you. Your mind is opened to the influx of Divine Help. Receive it. It is yours for the asking.”

A.P. Mukerji, Yoga Lessons for Developing Spiritual Consciousness

Chap 15, p 126

“Now understand, once for ever, prayer is willing. It leads to the accomplishment of your aims on the spot…In this sphere Will is the basal power of influence. It draws all your finer forces into a focus towards the thing willed for. The result is that the thing is done…The Great Law operates always and everywhere…By prayer you come into rapport with the spiritually conscious side of yourself. You are a needle pointing to the magnet –- the more faith…you put into the task, the sooner you will adjust your forces, the quicker shall be the response; the more lasting and powerful the reaction. Here, then, you have all the switches and levers of energy and inspiration. Therefore pray ever and believe that your prayer shall ripen to fruition. Build up faith in the unseen and the invisible. The self in you is your guide, philosopher and friend. It is the  Rock of the Ages – the Eternal among the Transient – the Source of All-Power, Wisdom and Activity. Lean on it for it is Strength – Invincible Strength.”

A.P. Mukerji, Yoga Lessons for Developing Spiritual Consciousness

Chap 15, pp 128-129

“I have said, you are gods; and all of you are children of the most High (the Eternal, Source, Universe).” (Ps. 82:6)

“For in him, we live, and move, and have our being…For we are also his offspring.” (Acts 17:28). That is an incredible statement. You ARE because the Eternal (Source, God, Universe) IS. Without Him nothing would exist. Because He is Omnipresent, He is all and is IN all. Then He must be IN you and YOU IN HIM.

“We have assumed the existence of God, of an intelligent, creative Mind-power that is able to cause to be, and…to bring into existence mind-centers to be the expression of its own nature or, in other words, mind-centers through which this Universal Mind expresses itself.”

Hiram Butler, Science and Revelation, pp 85-86

The most powerful expression in the Universe is YHVH – I AM THAT I AM or I WILL BE THAT I WILL TO BE. (The literal rendering of this expression is the future tense, rather than the present.)

“But when we take the meaning of the word “Yahveh” as “I will be what I will to be,” it brings to us a potentiality, a power, all unknown to the world, even at the present time; for the name carries with it the thought that he who spoke the word and caused the world to form and to produce itself by the potency of that Infinite Mind, did so by the power of his will, and when we as creatures of earth muse much upon the signification of that name, the “I will,” and the second part of it, “to be what I will to be,” or “as I will to be,” we get a realization of that unlimited power, and a certainty that there is no power in the world, nay, in the universe, but the power of the will.

Since it is accepted by the Christian world that man is the offspring of the Almighty, it follows that man, being made in the image of God, has attributes similar to those of his Creator, his Father. When man’s will has been surrendered, yea, rather has been united to the Divine Will, then man and God become one, for the mind of man is nothing; it has no power of action without the will.

Man always does that which he wills to do, although sometimes there are found in the man two wills active at the same time—the will of the flesh, or the will arising from the impulses, desires, and passions, and a will that arises from the conclusions of the reasoning faculties. But whatever will controls the person, that the person is for the time being; for the will decides all that a person is.”

Hiram Butler, Science and Revelation pp 90 – 91

Now, You see through a mirror darkly. It is not clear what you will be…or… what you are. You were created in the Image and Likeness of the Eternal. Your FULL POTENTIAL is yet to be realized. (ICor 13:12)

Realization of Full Potential

What gifts were you created with that will bring benefit to the rest of humanity? We were all created with gifts – “talents.” Some have more “talents” than others. But we have all been given something.

If you are not sure what your “talents” are, think back to when you were a child, what were you most naturally drawn to or what was it you really loved to do? Or maybe at this time in your life, you are drawn to doing something, you see a need in the world and you have a desire to contribute.

It is expected that we will DO something with that “talent” that will help others. When we do this, the purpose of all that is can reach its full expression; like the gears in a giant machine, if one isn’t working, the machine grinds to a halt. Or like the human body, when something doesn’t work correctly, the rest of the body has to bear the burden and will eventually cease to work. The body is a physical expression of your spirit. The body is a tool that the spirit uses in the “physical” world to express itself, its wishes and desires and creativity.

When you do not Respect your body, you are not respecting this tool that was given to you (the spirit) to make manifest what you desire. If you destroy, cause to breakdown, the tool that was given to you to manifest, it cannot manifest. This is why life can seem like a struggle, as if you are trying to force things into being what you want, rather than accepting what they are. Some people walk around in a constant state of anger, bitterness and resentment. They constantly ask, “Why did my life have to be like this?” “Why was I born into a family that…” “If only this could happen, my life would be different.”

“The mind which follows the rambling senses makes the Soul as helpless as the boat which the wind leads astray upon the waters.”
Bhagavad-Gita

Why? Why should any of those things matter? Does your family – other people outside of you – really make you who you are? Or do YOU make YOU WHO YOU ARE?

It really all starts in the mind. When we are small children, what we learn comes from outside of us. As we grow, we reach a point where we should begin asking ourselves – why do I believe what I believe? Do I believe it because someone said I should? Have I proven it to be so for myself? What is the Truth? If you Seek the TRUTH – the Truth will set you FREE.

When you are full of negativity, you are full of negative energy. You block the flow of your energy, your vital life force. It is dammed up inside of you. Your mental attitude creates constant emotional stress, triggering a constant cascade of chemical reactions that manifest as physical ailment – a state of being not at ease. This is why it is so CRITICAL that you learn to LET GO of negative emotions; exist in a state of being that is at equilibrium. It also vital that you learn how to release stored stress from your body, so your body can heal itself. When you do this, You are Releasing your energy, your vital life force; you are allowing it to flow. It can flow back out to the Universe and return to you like the ebb and flow of the tide of the ocean. When you remain connected to Source, your Attention is on your greater purpose. When you put your Attention on your Intention, it will become Manifest.

Happiness does not come from outside of you. It comes from within you. Happiness is a state of BEing. You are a human BEing. The full expression of who you are can be experienced when you Give of Yourself to Others. The eternal Law of Reciprocity will bring back to you more than what you Give. If you only ever take (seek things to make you happy), the Law of Reciprocity cannot work because there is flow in only one direction. Circulation is eternal. Flow is not stagnant and never goes in just one direction; it flows in a complete circuit, ever being.

If there is something you want in your life, practice giving it to others. It can only come back to you in an even greater expression of its fullness. The most common example of this is Love. If you want love, show others love. Most people do not understand what love really is. The world has confused it with many other emotions masquerading as love. Love is the outward expression of peace and joy and acceptance.

If you want others to respect you, show others respect. If you want others to listen to you, listen to others. Listening is not just hearing the words, it is coming to an understanding of what the other person is feeling or trying to express through words. If you want to be understood, try to understand others.

“Take the trouble to stop and think of the other person’s
feelings, his viewpoints, his desires and needs. Think more
of what the other fellow wants, and how he must feel”
– Maxwell Maltz

Finally, life is a journey. It is a journey that begins when you are born. There are seven stages of spiritual development – newborn, infant, child, teen, adult, middle-age and elder; the eighth stage is spirit. The end of the journey is the Return to the form from which you were created. Seek your full potential with your whole heart. Seek Truth. You will not be disappointed in your life’s journey.

Stressful situations occur every day and happen to everyone. It is your ability to cope with these situations that determines what, if any, long-term effects stress will have on you.

When I talk about eliminating stress, I am referring to the stored stress that remains within your body. You could never eliminate stressful situations from happening day to day, but you can learn how to release the stress stored in your body and reduce and eliminate the effects of stress. You can also learn techniques to better manage stressful events as they occur to minimize the effects of stress in your body.

What is stress?

Stress can be defined as an experience or condition that causes physical, emotional and/or mental disruption. Stress is usually characterized by increased heart rate, a rise in blood pressure, increased muscle tension, and irritability.

How does stress affect the body?

Typically described as the “fight or flight response,” the sudden release of adrenalin and other hormones into the blood stream triggers a systemic cascade of events. Your pulse speeds up, your blood pressure rises, stomach acid production is increased and fat metabolism is increased.

Hormones called catecholamines (dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine) are released into the blood stream causing the increase in heart rate and blood pressure. These hormones also mobilize stored fat from cells and dump it into the blood stream. This increases the risk for stroke or heart attack.

These hormones also cause a rise in blood sugar leading to an increased risk of diabetes.

Circulation is diverted to the brain and extremities for heightened awareness and muscle response to the perceived danger at hand. This slows the digestive process and the elimination of waste while at the same time increasing production of stomach acid leading to increased risk for irritable bowel syndrome and possible ulceration. Peptic ulcers may occur with the presence of a specific bacteria.

The rapid release of cortisol suppresses the body’s immune system weakening its resistance. Extended periods spent in stressful life situations can leave you vulnerable to illness and disease.

In a state of “fight or flight,” typically the body would be involved in a period of intense physical activity which would utilize these hormones and then expel them from the body. This does not regularly occur in today’s urban society which does not promote a physical lifestyle.

What are the long-term effects of stress on the body?

Without consistent regular release from the body, these “stress” hormones remain at elevated levels in the body leading to feelings of anxiety, jitteriness, increased tension, irritability, inability to concentrate, and feelings of inability to cope with day-to-day situations.

The consequence of chronically elevated stress hormones is destructive to your health. Over time the following effects may become manifest in the body: impaired thyroid function, increased insulin resistance and impaired pancreatic function, decreased sex drive and function, increased hypertension, loss of bone mineralization, increased fatty deposits in the abdominal area.

This means that you are at direct increased risk for thyroid problems. Some common symptoms of thyroid disease (either hyper- or hypo-) are extreme weight gain or extreme weight loss, depression, decreased overall energy, aches and pains in muscles and joints, hair can become coarse, dry and brittle, and fall out easily. Skin can become thick and scaly, or fragile and thin. You could have chronic constipation or chronic diarrhea. You may feel tired all the time having no energy. You may have insomnia, anxiety, or depression.

Increased hypertension and risk for heart disease can lead to heart attack, irregular heart beat, stroke. Some symptoms of various types of heart disease are: shortness of breath, weakness, dizziness, nausea, sweating, pain or heaviness in the chest, loss of energy and feeling very tired all the time.

Increased insulin resistance, decreased pancreatic function and abdominal obesity lead to the increased risk of diabetes with its many symptoms that include nerve damage, kidney failure, heart attacks and strokes, poor circulation, skin degradation and ulceration, and blindness.

Decreased bone mineralization leads to increased risk of bone fractures and bone shattering, impairing your overall daily lifestyle.

In general, you may also experience increased head aches, migraines, neck and/or shoulder pain, stomach pain, digestive problems, insomnia, skin problems, joint pain, muscle pain, burning sensations, and even cancer.

These are just some of the many ways that elevated levels of stress hormones remaining in your body for prolonged periods of time can be destructive and debilitating to your health.

Stress in the long run also speeds up the “aging” process by speeding up cell decay and death.

If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms or problems, you have stored stress in your body that is crying out to be released.

(If you have an inherited disease, release of stress can help in the management and control of symptoms.)

What about good stress?

Good stress, often called “eustress” can have both positive effects and negative effects on the body. Eustress can be helpful in relieving the negative effects of stress. Good stress can come in many forms. It can be an activity you like such as hiking, biking, exertive walking, swimming, tennis, golf, soccer. Along with this type of physical activity other chemicals are released into the body and can remain stored as stress too. This would be good stress leading to bad stress in the long term.

Eustress can be associated with “over” feelings and emotions such as “overjoyed,” “over-exhilarated,” “over-eager,” “over-emotional,” “over-exuberant,” and “over-sensitive.”

When your body is in this state of “over” stimulation, it is the polar opposite of the effects of negative stress. Emotions are vibrational. “Over” emotions emit super high vibrational frequencies. Stress emotions or low energy emotions such as anxiety, sadness, depression, and lack of joy emit super low vibrational frequencies.

If you are a follower of The Law of Attraction, you have probably heard that you will attract like vibrations. Your health can impact your ability to make The Law of Attraction work for you. You might be struggling with the concept of raising your vibrational energy. You can start by clearing your body of stored stress. As you release stored stress, you will begin to feel lighter, happier, more content, better able to cope, more optimistic.

Some emotions associated with negative stress and low energy are: doubt, fear, anxiety, resentment, anger, guilt and depression.  Some emotions associated with a state of equilibrium of are: peace, joy, happiness, contentment, love and hope.

Negative stress causes cellular breakdown, decay and death. Eustress in excess is like a nuclear meltdown in the body.

Here is an example of how an excess of eustress can be harmful. You are in a state of being very excited. The energy heats up the heart first. The excess energy then travels to the brain. Once this excess energy is in the brain, it is not easily released because the channel back to the torso is very narrow. The excess energy has nowhere to go and like an overfilled balloon and energy explosion occurs resulting in stroke.

Ancient Buddhist and Chinese philosophies teach that moderation is best in all things, even in our emotions and in our ability to heal ourselves.

“In governing the people and in worshipping heaven nothing surpasses moderation. To value moderation, one must form the habit early. Its early acquisition will result in storing and accumulating vitality. By storing and accumulating vitality nothing is impossible.

If nothing is impossible then one is ignorant of his limits. If one does not know his limitations, one may possess the state. He who possesses moderation is thereby lasting and enduring. It is like having deep roots and a strong stem. This is of long life and enduring insight the Tao (way).”

Lao Tzu’s Tao and Wu Wei: Tao Te Ching 59 To Keep Tao

What can be done to de-stress the body?

Some activities that can be done to release stored stress from the body are: body massage, meditation, and yoga. Slow, gentle walking along with visualization and deep breathing will also release stored negative stress from the body. Listening to calming music or “environmental” music along with visualization will release stored stress from the body.

Visualization along with other de-stressing activities is very powerful at releasing stress. It restores the body to a state of equilibrium from which the body can begin its own natural restorative healing process. Thought is energy. Visualization is focused thought. It has been proven in quantum physics that focused thought creates matter. Visualization creates chemical activities in the body. These chemical activities produce the right kind of energy to help the body repair itself and help to open blockages.

Laughter is indeed “the best” medicine. Humor therapy is being studied in the medical field. Humor therapy, specifically laughter, has been shown to have preventive and healing effects on the body. Laughter activates certain immune system responses in the body that actually fight the effects of stored stress by reducing elevated “stress” hormone levels. One study concluded that laughter has beneficial health effects for wellness and humor therapy was an appropriate complementary therapy to whole-person integrative medical therapies.

So, the next time you feel like crying, laugh instead. Laugh from deep within. Try to find the polar opposite expression of what you are feeling. If you are thinking about the loss of a loved one, think of something funny that person would have done or what they would have wanted you to remember about them, and find happiness in that.

“The human race has only one really effective weapon, and that’s laughter. The moment it arises, all our hardnesses yield, all our irritations and resentments slip away, and a sunny spirit takes their place.”

 – Mark Twain

Get In The Flow – The Return to Universal Energy

Stored stress in the body leads to blockages of your vital life force, your Qi (or prana). When blockages occur, symptoms of distress or dis-ease occur. The symptoms are there to tell you that your vital life energy isn’t flowing properly. Your vital life energy is like the air and the ocean. It seeks to flow, to circulate, to rejoin the greater body and return to the smaller lake and stream. When it is blocked, it cannot flow. Your vital life energy keeps you centered and focused on the greater purpose of life. When you suffer energy blocks, your focus becomes very narrow. You become centered on the problem caused by the energy block and lose sight of the greater picture, even of your life purpose.

It is vital to your life overall to learn to release the energy blocks, to let your vital life force flow back out to the Universe and back again to you, to remain on purpose in your life and realize the full potential of who you are, not only for you but for all of creation. We all have a greater purpose above our immediate self. We can only fulfill it when we are connected to Universal Energy.

“Let us say then frankly that the education of the Will is the object of our existence.”

Ralph Waldo Emerson

“The moment that one definitely commits one’s self, the Providence moves too.”

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

In response to my post on The Greatest Power in the Universe, someone wrote me and asked, “What is the difference between Intent and Will?”

Man is man by virtue of willing.

This is a very important question, especially in light of The Law of Attraction if you believe in it. The Law of Attraction teaches when you make an Intention, you draw it to you. I think the more clear “reality” is that you are brought to your Intention. What is moving – you or the thing intended? The thing intended has always been there. The difference is you are now ready to receive it or to be in presence with it.

Let’s look at the definition of Intention. Intention, Intent and Purpose all mean a wish or desire that one means to carry out. Purpose implies having a goal or determination to achieve something. Determination is the root of Will.

A goal is an anticipated outcome that guides your planned actions. So you set an Intention, a goal, and with that are planned actions to arrive at the anticipated outcome.

Let’s use a story to illustrate. There is a traveler who has stopped on a road. The road is narrow and winding. The traveler can’t see very far down the road. Way off in the distance, the traveler can see the road climbing in a winding way up a mountain. The traveler is on a journey to the temple at the top of the mountain. The Intention of the traveler is to get to the top of the mountain. To do that, the traveler needs a map to find the way.

The traveler is You. You see your Intention off in the distance. You know your Purpose is to get to that Intention. You don’t know How. You can’t see the road directly in front of you. What do you do?

You Determine, or Set Your Will, that you will continue on the road. You do not know what will come your way, but you are determined no matter what that you will reach your Intention.

Where there is no doubt and no fear, faith is expressed perfectly. This can be called Living Faith. Living Faith is different from practiced faith. Practiced faith is faith that you have but it is based on conditions. I will continue forward down the road IF….  Living Faith is absolute. It just IS. This is the path I must walk, so I will walk it.

You, the traveler choosing to walk in Absolute Faith find as you go forward that there is a more direct path to the temple. What you perceived to be a long journey, you can complete in a very short time. This is Will moving to Intention. The way is made straight in Absolute Faith. This is why some people seem to manifest almost immediately. They align themselves almost instantly to their Intent.

Will is a faculty of consciousness and especially of deliberate action. Will is the Power of control that the Mind has over its own actions and desires.  Desire is a strong feeling or emotion that impels (moves one forward towards) you to the attainment or possession of the thing. Desire comes from the Latin that means “await what the stars will bring.” Literally, it is “from the stars.” Stars can be equated with Universe.

“The carnal mind is enmity towards God.” (Rom 8:7) Carnal mind is Ego, the monkey mind. The Monkey Mind will dissuade you every time from following your inner guide, your spirit within, intuition or gut. The Monkey Mind creates Fear and Doubt and says Show Me How. It causes you to lack Absolute Faith. You need to put the Monkey Mind aside and learn to listen to your heart, your intuition, your inner guidance.

The Mind needs to center within and commit to change. It needs to commit to being open and receptive to following spiritual guidance. It needs to believe, which is to know absolutely, that what it desires WILL BE. The Mind bypasses the Monkey Mind, it let’s go of Ego, allowing spirit to connect with spirit. You STEP OUT IN ABSOLUTE FAITH. What you Desire Is MANIFEST.

The answer to the question, “What is the difference between Intent and Will,” is…

Intent is the destination; Will is what propels you to reach your destination.

“Not going out of the door I have knowledge of the world. Not peeping through the window I perceive heaven’s Tao. The more one wanders to a distance the less he knows.

Therefore the wise man does not wander about but he understands, he does not see things but he defines them, he does not labor yet he completes.”

Lao Tzu’s Tao and Wu Wei: Tao Te Ching 47 Seeing the Distant

A number of weeks ago, I began a self experiment. The experiment is to stay in a continual state of peace by remaining in the gap throughout the day. I will have to say, it has not been as difficult as I first thought it might be. In addition, there has been a series of significant synchronicities that have appeared. I will share them with you.

First, let me back up a bit. You see, about a year ago, I was struggling with keeping my mind calm. This hadn’t really been a problem for me before. I always set aside time to just sit with no noise, usually outdoors if possible, a ride to the beach, somewhere quiet near running water, or just in a quiet space in the house.

Up until 2-1/2 years ago, this was pretty easy to do.  Now, due to changes in the family, there is constant noise and distraction. The only quiet place is on the patio. As I now care for two people fairly full-time, getting away to those quiet places rarely happens.

But I was convinced there had to be a way to remain in peace amidst seeming chaos, or at least a constant bombardment of noise of some kind or other. I began doing more meditation. I read and used Wayne Dyer’s Getting in the Gap program. Then I began to meditate more on The Gap. In that space in between where we are most connected because we are open to universal energy, I wondered how would it be possible to stay there.

I asked myself where exists the biggest gap so that it is easy to stay there with little effort? Can you guess? Space has such vastness between matter – it is the biggest gap. So, I began imaging myself sitting in space – in the quiet, surrounded by quiet, openly connected to Source. So, in the moment, I try to hold the image of space continually in mind. Focusing on empty space has stopped the mind monkeys from the constant chatter and helped to block external noise.

I invite you to try this technique and share your experience in the comments section.

Why is peace so important in our daily lives? Well, one reason is that when we are in a state of peace, we are at our highest creativity. We are most receptive to what the universe sends to us. In this state of receptiveness, it is much easier to live on purpose, to BE on purpose, with no effort.

As I began BEING in a State of Peace, many things began coming my way. I learned of a remarkable woman by the name of Mildred Norman Ryder. You may know of her as the Peace Pilgrim. At the age of 44, Mildred found her purpose, her calling was to be a Pilgrim for Peace. For the next 28 years of her life, she lived this calling, she walked the walk and talked the talk. But her transformation didn’t occur overnight. Mildred had a spiritual journey that lasted for 15 years leading up to her “calling.” Mildred believed that the key to attaining inner peace was to overcome selfishness. This is true. Letting Go is the process of releasing self, becoming selfless. It is very much a spiritual journey. As Mildred progressed through her spiritual journey, she finally reached “inner peace” and found a way to remain there. It was at this point in time, that her Ambassadorship as Peace Pilgrim began. You can read Mildred’s story here www.peacepilgrim.org.

One of the things that has fascinated me over the years is that the fingerprint of the Creator is everywhere. Back in the early ‘90s when I was struggling with an overgrowth of systemic yeast, I tried blue-green algae. Algae is a superfood. Unless it is harvested from a clean source and processed properly, I do not recommend its use. One of the things that struck me at the time was that the nucleus of chlorophyll and the nucleus of hemoglobin are almost identical! The only difference is the center atom – in chlorophyll it is magnesium, in hemoglobin it is iron. But the most remarkable thing is that both are Star Tetrahedron. I call the Star Tetrahedron the fingerprint of God.

A tetrahedron is a four-sided pyramid. A Star Tetrahedron is a double tetrahedron, an octahedron. In its plane form, you would recognize it as the “Star of David”; in its spherical form, you would recognize it as the universal symbol of the atom.

As I began meditating more on the Star Tetrahedron, more synchronicities came my way. In particular, communication with one friend led to myriads of information coming my way. Two nights ago, I came across an article in the International Journal of Humanities and Peace, entitled Achieving Peace: A New Paradigm, Part II, (Tetrahedron and the Game).

Here was a direct connection to Peace and the tetrahedron. Yes, there is a connection between the two. One of the thoughts put forth by the author, Mark A. Siegmund, Ph.D., is that “achieving peace is a global…problem.” Why this problem prevails is because “global civilization, at its very core, believes and accepts that Nature’s design is based on scarcity – despite the scientific evidence manifesting this century, instructing us that, in fact, sufficiency, or plenitude, is the “normal” condition in Universe, and by extension, on earth.” (emphasis mine)

The lack that exists – or appears to exist, exists because it is what the majority have believed and manifested over time. In fact, lack doesn’t exist at all except in the temporal reality created within the mind of man. Remember that Albert Einstein had said, “Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.”

If everyone in the world would stop, take some time and look at nature, all you would see is abundance, abundance everywhere! There is abundant air. There is an abundance of water. Look at a piece of fruit or vegetable, there is an abundance of seeds to grow more food. From one comes many. Is the world ready to shift its thinking? I believe so.

In abundance, there is only abundant health. Our bodies were created with a regenerative function. They were designed to heal themselves. If given the proper environment and support, there would be abundant health and well-being.

This article also re-introduced me to someone whose life has fascinated me. His name is R. Buckminster Fuller. R. Buckminster Fuller had a unique perspective on the Universe. He believed that “the tetrahedron is a form of energy package,” that the Universe in all of its “definable structuring””is tetrahedrally coordinate in rational number increments of the tetrahedron.” In other words, our Universe is “defined” by the tetrahedron.

The tetrahedron is everywhere around us and within us. IT IS. Dr. Siegmund refers to it as “cosmic architecture.”

R. Buckminster Fuller was not only a great thinker and creator, he envisioned a world of peace. An early environmental activist, he was a proponent of alternative energy and efficient use of natural resources always to the greater purpose of world peace.

So, here I was back at PEACE and the TETRAHEDRON. The two things that have absorbed the majority of my thinking time these past few weeks.

“In our willingness to step into the unknown, the field of all possibilities, we surrender ourselves to the creative mind that orchestrates the dance of the universe.”   –-   Deepak Chopra

A term often used when everything appears as needed on time, or many seeming coincidences, is synchronicity. I bring this up to place it in your conscious awareness. It also has bearing on today’s topic.

Can Inaction be an active action? It sounds like a contradiction. Usually inaction is associated with passive action which is the opposite of action. But there is also a time when Inaction can be active action. How so? Let us see…

While I was reading the Tao Te Ching the other day as I was working on my last Blog post, I came across something that I thought I was going to write about today. When I went back, I came across something else that wants to take precedence. Active Inaction.

You will often hear me talking of Letting Go to Get in the Flow. This Letting Go is actually active inaction. You are actively engaging in no action at all. You are letting go, ceasing to strive, no longer trying to control the outcome or the direction of your desire.

When I went back to re-read the Tao Te Ching on the other topic, I came across The Sayings of Lao-Tzu translated by Lionel Giles in 1905. Lao-Tzu wrote a whole chapter on the Doctrine of Inaction.

There were several things that struck me as I was reading. The first was that all things come to a state of perfection if left alone, no struggle, no striving, all things will flow together to create a perfect state.

“Who is there that can make muddy water clear? But if allowed to remain still, it will gradually become clear of itself.”

The action of inaction lies in remaining still. To be totally still of the mind and body takes Concentration and an exertion of the Will. We can Will our Mind and Body into a state of stillness. In doing so, we attain a state of peace.

“Attain complete vacuity, and sedulously preserve a state of repose.”

Peace and Joy are two of the highest vibratory states of being. Unfortunately, most people do not experience these emotions on a consistent basis. The world is on information overload. A constant bombardment of messages and noise. Televisions, radios, cell phones, the noise of traffic driving, and often the excess noise in our own heads. How do you clear all the noise in your head?

It is hard to focus or concentrate on a thought consistently when it is constantly interrupted by 100’s of other thoughts. We are taught that for the Law of Attraction to work, we need to clear our minds and focus on what it is we wish to attract into our lives. How successful are you at doing this? It is challenging for many people because there is no stillness in the mind. A still mind leads to a peaceful mind. In Letting Go, we can finally enter into the flow.

A still mind is also an essential component to stress relief. When your mind is constantly turning over 100s of aimless thoughts a day, it is creating stress on you emotionally which eventually leads to physical stress. Example, you’re driving along to work and the thoughts in your head are about all the activities you have to accomplish that day. If you have deadlines to meet, there is already stress manifesting itself. As you are thinking of this, you remember that you got a call last night to find out that a relative was just diagnosed with a terminal illness. Additional emotional stress. And as you are sitting there in your car, the action of just sitting with no physical release of stress is adding even more stress. Your heart rate goes up, your blood pressure goes up, your head starts to vaguely throb which eventually turns into a banging headache. Now your stomach is upset from the pain in your head…and so the cycle goes.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. When you learn to put your mind in a still place and have it remain there, all the stress disappears because it isn’t allowed to take shape in the first place. A peaceful mind, actively practicing active inaction, controls all those thoughts and leaves you to deal with your day calmly and effectively.

“Tao is eternally inactive, and yet it leaves nothing undone.”

Another thing that struck me as I was reading is that when we desire something, we usually strive to get it. We work hard. We make a plan. We set goals. We do all these things to get our desire. But what if we just LET GO?

“The simplicity of the Nameless Tao brings about an absence of desire. The absence of desire gives tranquility.”

In letting go of desire, we enter that place where all things can flow to us effortlessly. It is also the place where we are practicing gratitude for that which we already have and all that which will come to us. Everything we could ever desire already exists. I was reminded of the story of Tantalus, whenever he would reach for the fruit it would recede from his reach and, when he would bend to drink water, the water would recede away. The fruit and water were always within his reach except when he put forth his own effort to attain them. In letting go of desires, we attain a tranquil state of mind, a still mind, a peaceful mind. This is not to say that you can never want anything again. But in the wanting of something, let go of how it is going to come to you. Be still and watch as the universe brings to you all that you truly desire.

The third thing that struck me is related to the following quote,

“The softest things in the world override the hardest. That which has no substance enters where there is no crevice. Hence I know the advantage of inaction.

Conveying lessons without words, reaping profit without action,–there are few in the world who can attain to this!”

This relates directly to energy. There is Yin energy and Yang energy. Yin energy is soft yet it is the more powerful energy in the body. In energy work, we often are taught first about Yang energy, but Yin energy exerts more influence in the body. But this analogy is true in many other ways as well. In martial arts, the art of deflecting an opposing person’s energy is the soft approach rather than attacking head on.

“The softest things in the world override the hardest.” A soft, gentle, or encouraging word spoken yields many times more results than a harsh word. Harsh thoughts and harsh actions lead to stress. Examine your own reactions to situations to test this. Soft thoughts, encouraging thoughts lessen stress and tension and create peace and harmony.

There is a very strong connection between the breath of life within you, your vital life force, and stress which manifests many ways physically, emotionally and mentally. When we learn to let go of stress, we begin to heal ourselves. We also begin to reconnect with our spiritual origins.

So, I would encourage you to begin practicing ACTIVE INACTION. Your health, your mind, and your body will thank you. In addition, all those around you will see how differently you are handling things in your life. You will be more calm, more in control, and they will want to know how you did it.
